How do i increase my DPS?

Im a MM hunter. (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Alterac+Mountains&cn=Deathawk) and i was wondering how i can inproove my dps? and or a list of gear i need. also, i was wondering if i should keep stacking armor pen, or go back to agility. all help will be appreciated.

Don’t listen to Knoodles armor pen>agility for a MM hunter easily stack that armor pen like CRAZY and wth is up with ur hit you got WAY more than enough

262.24 Hit Rating needs 0/3 Focused Aim
229.46 Hit Rating needs 1/3 Focused Aim
196.68 Hit Rating needs 2/3 Focused Aim
163.90 Hit Rating needs 3/3 Focused Aim
Armor pen when u would stop and start going agility would be around 1400 armor pen so you have a ways to go
your spec looks great and as for gear it is mostly fine just replace some of that hit for some armor pen
