The best guides to level hunter skill from 1-99 in Runescape

As hunter is a very fun skill to train, but can be somewhat tedious at times. So you maybe remember to be patient when training Hunter and take breaks.

Levels 1-10:

What you shall do now, is basically to snare birds. For that, you will beed a bird snare or two. You can buy Hunter gear in Hunter shops, and the closest one to where you’re going is Yanille. Buy 3 bird snares and head south to Feldip Hills, to the beach. Walk, teleport or use fairy rings code AKS. For level 10, you will need to catch around 34 Crimson Swifts. These are red little birds, and when caught they yield one piece of bird meat and some feathers. Bank your loot in Yanille or drop it.

Levels 10-19:

Now you shall continue to snare birds, but the birds you’re gonna snare now, are located way up north. You’re going to an area south of Piscatoris Fishing Colony. Walk, boat ride, or use fairy rings AKQ to get there. Be sure to wear Woodland Camo clothing to get a higher catch rate of these birds. The birds are called Copper Longtails and for level 19 you will need to catch 47 of them.

Levels 19-29:

This is the last kind of birds you’re gonna snare under your Hunter career. The birds are called Tropical Wagtails and are found west of your first Hunter area. Navigate back to Feldip Hills either by walking, teleporting or fairy rings AKS. Enter the jungle area and start snaring birds. It’s recommended that you’re wearing jungle camo clothing to obtain a higher catch rate of these birds. Bank or drop the loot. For level 29, you will need to catch 85 of them.

Levels 29-47:

Now, your bird snaring career is over and we shall move on to a money maker for a change. What you will be catching now is Swamp Lizards. These tricky bastards are found south of Canifis, in Morytania. Morytania is the one place where creepy monsters dwell, and most important of the are Ghasts. Ghasts are the ghosts of some people starving to death there and they will attack any passers-by and rot their food and also hurting them a bit. Look at me rambling away! Anyway, to catch these, you will need a small fishing net and a rope, so bring around 3 full sets; possibly 4. What you do, is you use either the net or rope on the small poles to build a luring spot. When your inventory is full, bank up in Canifis and repeat. For level 47, you will need 416 Swamp Lizards and when done you will have around 700k in cash from them.
