I am looking for a silent investor for a new camouflage pattern?

I own the copyright’s to the photos I have done, both in film and digital. This is a pattern that would be used in place of hardwood patterns. Where I hunt in Southern Arkansas hardwood is not sufficient. I have a large sample sheet of the photos for easier viewing. I have tried speaking with Realtree, Cabela’s and True Timber and one local company but they have either said they ar not pursuing new patterns or after looking at my idea, Realtree, sent it back and said they have their own designers but they didn’t look at it. It will take 20,000 to do a short run to include set up fee plus marketing and other cost. So 60,000 to 100,000. Not bad for the potential payout since camouflage is a big seller.

You need to take your design NOW to a patent lawyer, since you already SHOWED IT to “Realtree, Cabela’s and True Timber” what POSSIBLE reason could they have for giving you any money? They can describe your design to their in-house designers who can then change it by 15% and LEGALLY produce it without paying you a dime! If you try to complain they will simply say “we were already working on something VERY similar, but as you can see not quite the same…”

Yeah, I’ll BET they “didn’t look at it”, LOL!
