I Need a compound bow for hunting. What is the best for the money, and where?

I have a 27.5″ draw, and can pull up to 70lbs and want a good 80% relief. I’ve done some research, but I have not done much with bows or bow hunting in years. A little here and there, but the new stuff is new to me. I want to stay under $250 if possible, and still get some good equipment like sights and a good arrow rest that drops out for clean release. I also want to keep it up to 300 fps or more on the ratings because they all pad some it seems, at least 270 fps actual with a broad head and real arrow. Thanks for any help.
Reading a little bit, maybe the 80% relief isn’t the best thing. It appears that less relief translates into more smooth power to the arrow and better accuracy, discounting the effort to hold it back while you sight.

I shot a Mathews but you can get a PSE for alot leas that is about the same so I would say PSE.
